Kris Fair: Yes "I sponsored and passed House Bill 1085 in the 2025 legislative session, one of the largest expansions of housing creation for low income families during our four year term."
Ken Kerr: Yes "This is not a state issue and these policies are typically handled at the county level."
Andrew Duck: Yes "I support Rent Stabilization, closing the buy out loophole for affordable housing in developments, and increased public housing."
Alleria Stanley: Yes "I support funding and policies that create housing for households earning under thirty percent of the Area Median Income. We must hold developers accountable, leverage state grants for deeply affordable units, and protect renters. Every Marylander deserves a secure, affordable home."
Jerry Donald: Yes "There are other things we can do. This country has a loneliness crisis. I think we should look for ways to make it easier for homeowners to take in borders."
Paul Gilligan: Yes "Yes, affordable housing can be achieved through a planning process that allow building housing in concentration in urban communities."
Kris Fair: Yes
Ken Kerr: Yes "However, we have to wait for the commission to finish its work to see if monetary payments are determined to be appropriate."

I support MD Voting Rights Act. We need Supreme Court reform to counter recent rulings."
Alleria Stanley: Yes "I support state funded reparations. As a dedicated servant leader, I know true justice requires dismantling structural inequities. We must intentionally invest in Black communities and close the racial wealth gap to build an equitable Maryland."

Paul Gilligan: No "No mechanism to inherit social debt to pay for the sins of our fathers."
Kris Fair: Yes
Ken Kerr: Yes "I voted for legislation to accomplish this."
Andrew Duck: Yes "I oppose the 287g program. ICE must follow the law and respect due process rights. No camps, no cages, no family separations."
Alleria Stanley: Yes "I support protecting immigrant civil rights and limiting voluntary local cooperation with federal immigration enforcement. Deputizing local police blurs jurisdictional lines and undermines community trust. We must focus our resources entirely on local public safety and constitutional policing."
Jerry Donald: Yes "We do have situations where deportation is the best solution, but these ICE raids are horrible."
Paul Gilligan: Yes "ICE is overused and too aggressive."
Kris Fair: Yes
Ken Kerr: Yes
Andrew Duck: Yes "Overturn Bradley v. Veleo (money is not speech), overturn Citizens United (corporations are not people), end Section 230 of Telecommunication Act (says you can lie on the internet)."
Alleria Stanley: Yes "I support publicly financed elections and laws ending unlimited spending by Super PACs and self-funded candidates. Our democracy belongs to the people, not corporate or special interest checks. We must empower small donors to restore true, accountable representation."
Jerry Donald: Yes
Paul Gilligan: Yes "Citizens United had damaged the political system."
Kris Fair: Yes "This issue must be dealt with at the national level."
Ken Kerr: Yes
Andrew Duck: Yes "This MUST be done at the national level. Both parties must play by the same rules. We must respond if the other party is gerrymandering. I support the Voting Rights Act requiring majority-minority districts."
Alleria Stanley: Yes " I support ending partisan gerrymandering through an independent redistricting process. Voters must choose their representatives to ensure accountable governance. However, I approve the necessary exception this cycle to counter midcycle Republican redistricting efforts."
Jerry Donald: Yes "We did not gerrymander Frederick County Council districts when we could have."
Paul Gilligan: Yes
Kris Fair: Yes
Ken Kerr: Yes "I voted for legislation to address this"
Andrew Duck: Yes "Our legal system should focus on rehabilitation, not incarceration. We must monitor our justice system to measure racial bias, and act to correct racial bias."
Alleria Stanley: Yes "I support restorative justice practices in all community and legal settings. Our justice system must prioritize rehabilitation over endless punishment. I will champion initiatives that heal communities, reduce recidivism, and hold offenders accountable through constructive dialogue."
Jerry Donald: Yes
Paul Gilligan: Yes
Kris Fair: Yes
Ken Kerr: Yes

Paul Gilligan: Yes
Kris Fair: Yes "My Joint Resolution introduced in 2025 and 2026 sought to accomplish this. "
Ken Kerr: Yes "This is not within the authority of the office I am running for. The local board of education is elected to address this."

Andrew Duck: Yes "We must be able to communicate if we expect to teach. I also support fully funding the Blueprint for Maryland's Future."

Jerry Donald: No "My experience as an educator is that immersion works best."
Paul Gilligan: Yes
Kris Fair: Yes "For all four years I was in office, I carried a Ranked Choice Voting bill."
Ken Kerr: Yes

Rank choice voting will scare voters away because they don't have the time to learn about all candidates. I support tax credits ($25) for voting, election day holiday, same-day registration, etc."
Alleria Stanley: Yes "I strongly support ranked choice voting for public elections. This system encourages candidates to build broad coalitions and focus on substance rather than negative attacks. As a veteran, I believe our democracy functions best when we give voters greater choice and meaningful agency."
Jerry Donald: No "I’m not going to support it until I see how it works over the years in other places."

Alleria Stanley: Yes "As a combat veteran, I know adherence to the laws of war is non-negotiable. True security requires moral authority. I will publicly demand the United States strictly comply with all domestic laws, treaty obligations, and international law."
Jerry Donald: No "This is above the reach of a delegate."
Paul Gilligan: Yes
Kris Fair: Yes
Ken Kerr: Yes "We passed legislation to address this."
